It was a time of winter when, I had a chance to taste this most famous Himachali Dish the Siddu, a beloved delicacy in Himachal Pradesh. I really used to it every morning because it was really the Yum! And also, when I asked about the recipe from Hema Aunty who used to serve me this Indian Local food, then I got to know that it is also nutritious because It is a steamed bun made from wheat flour.

This is the most amazing Chole Lucchi I have ever tried and Whenever I go Shimla again definitely going to taste it and advice you to do the same. Because I haven’t forget the taste of this most famous dish of Shimla and you also won’t. This popular dish has been perfected over six generations at this renowned dhaba. And also what makes it must try? Ofcourse its price, for just ₹70, you can savor a plate of this satisfying and flavorful delicacy.
8.Pulihora in Tirupati
Pulihora, also known as Andhra Tamarind Rice, is a beloved culinary delicacy of Tirupati. It holds a special place in the hearts of locals and is frequently served as part of the Prasadam at the Venkateshwara Temple.
In the homes of the locals, this delicious rice dish holds a cherished spot. Every family has their own special recipe for this Indian Local food that has been handed down from one generation to the next. The temple’s version of Pulihora is highly praised and considered the ultimate example of this dish, making it a must-try for anyone visiting.
9. Appam with stew in Kerala
